Organizational Update

Monaco, Nov. 25, 2019 — GasLog Ltd. (“GasLog” or the “Company”) makes the following update on recent organizational changes.

Since GasLog’s inception in 2002, the company has constantly adapted and developed to stay at the forefront of the LNG shipping industry. The diversity and breadth of our customer base has increased considerably, our fleet has grown to 35 ships, our total assets to $5.3 billion and our workforce has expanded. This has been achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service excellence. GasLog is now recognised as one of the leading global providers of LNG shipping services.

Following this period of rapid growth, the business needs to renew its focus on execution, efficiency and operational excellence.  To achieve this, we have announced plans to relocate more of our people and most of the senior management to the Piraeus, Greece office, home of our operational platform. As a result, we will close the Monaco office, whilst the London office will focus primarily on chartering activities and company secretarial duties. The offices in Singapore, Korea and the US will be unaffected by the changes.

Our CEO, Paul Wogan, and our COO, Paolo Enoizi, are already located in Greece along with other members of the senior management team. Our CFO, Alastair Maxwell, and Head of Commercial, Jasper Heikens, will relocate to Greece in early January 2020. The CEO of GasLog Partners LP, Andy Orekar, will continue to be based in the US.

Throughout this transition period we remain committed to ensuring absolute continuity of our relationships with our customers and business and financial partners. Looking forward, we expect that these changes we are making will allow us to continue to improve our service delivery in all areas of our business.
