The Partnership

We are a growth-oriented limited partnership focused on owning, operating and acquiring liquefied natural gas, or "LNG", carriers engaged in LNG transportation under long-term charters. Our initial fleet of three LNG carriers was contributed to us by GasLog Ltd., which controls us through its ownership of our general partner and limited partner units. GasLog Ltd. was founded and is effectively controlled by its chairman, Peter G. Livanos, whose family shipping activities commenced more than 100 years ago.

Following the completion of our initial public offering and subsequent follow-on offerings, we own 15 LNG carriers. Most of the vessels in our fleet operate under multi-year charters with a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell plc. In 2018 we announced the signature of multi-year charters with wholly owned subsidiaries of Cheniere Energy, Inc. and Trafigura Group Pte Ltd. One of our vessels currently operates in the LNG shipping spot market through its participation in The Cool Pool.

We also have options and other rights under which we may acquire additional LNG carriers from GasLog Ltd. We believe that such options and rights will provide us with significant built-in growth opportunities.
